Invergordon, Scotland

Invergordon port is on the northwest side of Scotland near the city of Inverness. We took a tour of Cawdor castle which is still lived in by the widow Cawdor who happened to be there the day we were, but we never saw her. From there we drove to the site of the battle of Culloden where Scotland lost it's fight for independence from England.

Edinburgh

Edinburgh was an amazing city and one I'd like to go back to (actually I'd like to visit Scotland in general again). The fringe festival was going on which made it the city even more lively. The kids loved the performers and I loved all the activity and history.
