Beaches, Birthdays and the Broncos

Can't believe it's Chinese New Year already and my big boy is now ELEVEN.  We'll start this post with the good stuff.  We celebrated Luc's birthday early before we left for Thailand.   I think he was pretty surprised and happy with his John Elway autographed helmet.

Working back in time a bit, Kenny made a stop in Colorado on his way to meetings in Florida and was able to go to the AFC Championship game with my sister, brother-in-law, and mom.  It was a beautiful day and they all had a great time.  Two of Kenny's sisters were also at the game and they were able to tailgate together before going on to win and head to the Super Bowl in two weeks.

We had a lot of delays and changed flights, but eventually made it to Phuket, Thailand at 4am.  I'll add some more pictures at the end, but the boys always have a blast in Phuket and I gain weight with the great food.
And now for the ugly...the whole reason we went to Phuket was to be guaranteed a good internet connection for the Super Bowl.  Other than adding that the bar next door to our hotel hosted a Super Bowl party that Kenny and the boys got up for, that's all I have to say about that morning.
And the reason the boys love Thailand....lots of beach time, pool time and go kart racing.  What more could you ask for?  After the awful morning of the Super Bowl we headed to Myanmar and it will take me some time and multiple posts two wade through the photos.

Wish you could see Nugget's face better in the pictures.  He was too funny and a bit dangerous at the wheel.
