Santa, Elves and Buddhas

Beaches, pools, water parks, snorkeling, zip lines, snakes, elephants, lizards, laser guns, fireworks and wats. We just got back from a trip to Thailand for Christmas and New Years. Kenny and I visited Thailand back in 2002 and loved everything about the country. We were reminded why on this trip. It's such an easy country to travel in, plus the people are so friendly and the food is amazing. We only visited Bangkok and the island of Phuket this time around. I'd like to go back to Chiang Mai and explore more of the coastline and islands in the future. We did a lot of scuba diving in '02, this trip Kenny taught the boys to snorkel while Dominic and I played on the beach. They picked it up quickly and both are now saying they want to scuba dive once they are old enough which looks like age 10. It's a long slideshow (35 pictures), but we packed a lot into our fourteen days there.
