Just another day in paradise

Took the boys to get their first of three rabies shots today....yes, rabies shots. I guess since there are so many street and stray dogs around these parts that haven't been vaccinated, rabies is a real problem. I did my research (as I always do when it comes to medical matters) and decided it would be worth getting the preventative vaccine. The boys are old enough to know not to get close to an animal they don't know, so I was wavering on whether we needed it. Then when we were in Tibet a very scruffy, aggressive looking dog charged at us and I decided to take the proactive, better safe than sorry route. The boys aren't too happy about this decision and the nurses had to chase Jack around and catch him for his turn with the needle.
