I got a message from my friend, Larissa, on Facebook after my last post about my quest for cash. The last sentence made me laugh at the absurdity of some of the minutiae of daily life here vs. my daily life in the States. Five years ago could I have even imagined a conversation like this:
Friend calls, "Hey Kerry, whatcha doin"?
Me, "Not much, just stacking money. What are you doing?"
Thanks for pointing that out Larissa. I'll giggle and think of you every time I'm going about my daily routine of counting and stacking money. Just so you know how right on you were using the word "stacking" (and to fulfill Kenny's photo requirement) this is literally what I have to do to know how much I have:
