One of us is going to have to get a job

Today at what seems like Lola's weekly vet visit, I asked if they could print off our running total of how much we've spent on her - BIG MISTAKE. I'm too shocked and embarrassed to even give a ballpark figure here. We need to move back to the States just so we can pay her bills in dollars instead of Euro. In fairness to her, the biggest bills came from when I accidentally broke her leg and I felt so bad I probably would have sold my car to fix her. Spill all you pet owners...someone's gotta have a story that will make me feel better and somewhat sane.
