Back at home

We got home late last night and the boys both slept in until 10:00. I finished putting stuff away, doing laundry and still had time to organize our pictures before they got up. No rest for Kenny...he was on an 8 AM flight to Italy this morning. The trip was great with a whole lot of what we all needed - relaxation and sleeping. On the way to the airport we checked out the city of Palma. I'll create another post with some of those pictures. The boys became best buds with a little boy named Sam from Essen, Germany. We tried to coordinate dinners at our resort with his family so the parents could relax and enjoy a meal while the boys ran around. It really was an ideal hotel for families because there were kids everywhere. We lucked out because I didn't know that when I booked it. Most of the people staying there were either German, British or Spanish. All the staff we asked said we were the only Americans they can remember running into. Everyone spoke English and in fact, some of the staff didn't even speak Spanish. Jana, at the kids club, was Czech and only spoke Czech and English. Peter, in one of the restaurants, was from Slovenia and only spoke his native tongue and English. He had spent six months in Jackson Hole, Wyoming working at a resort - small world.
